Who We’re Looking For (Position Overview):
Do you like being the single person who actually knows where every license lives? You will be the central administrator for the PM MAGTF C2 commercial off-the-shelf software portfolio - fielded, laboratory, test, and training assets - working directly with the Product Support & Sustainment Team Lead. Get this right and the portfolio never loses a capability to an expired renewal. It is a role with clear ownership and immediate visibility, which is exactly how we like to start people on a growth program.
What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities):
Act as central administrator for the MAGTF C2 COTS software portfolio across fielded, lab, test, and training assets.
Ensure all software license assignments are approved by the PM MAGTF C2 representative (currently the PSS Team Lead).
Draft license management procedures for Government approval and perform the administrativeand tracking tasks supporting COTS license management.
Establish and manage the procurement timeline - maintainconfiguration status, license expirationand renewal schedules, and purchase order status trackers.
Produce COTS portfolio cost forecasts (including fair share allocation) and regular software utilizationand accounting summaries from the PMO-approved tracking tool.
What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements):
Demonstrated history of delivering software license, asset, or procurement tracking - 4 years' relevant experience per the Staffing Matrix.
Bachelor's degree.
Active DoD Secret clearance with ADP-II/IT-2 (T-3) eligibility.
Advanced spreadsheet skill and genuine comfort owning a recurring reporting cycle.
Ideally, You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with COTS license renewal cycles or IT asset management tooling.
Familiarity with Government procurement workflows and purchase order tracking.
Exposure to DoD sustainment or product support organizations.
Detail-oriented to the point of mild obsession - this role rewards it.
