- Marketing Activities Coordinate offline marketing media production and installation (In-store, Mall Media, OOH, Event Media and POSM). Coordinate suppliers, production vendors and installation partners.
- Manage retail shopping bags, T-Shirts, and other retail necessities.
- Review production specifications, artwork, quantities and materials before production.
- Coordinate logistics and shipment of marketing materials and equipment.
- Supervise all marketing media touchpoints for retail stores (iStudio, U-Store, ASP, Mobi Manager and coordinate company marketing activities and events, including plan and execute store events, grand openings, workshops and roadshows.
- Support store traffic-driving and marketing campaigns.
- Retail Operations Supervise store refit, renovation, repairment for retail stores, including monitoring project timeline, production quality and installation progress.
- Coordinate store maintenance, repairs and renovation projects.
- Manage store operation cases and follow up until completion.
- Support store setup, relocation, visual display and merchandising installation.
- Process PR, PO, payments, expense claims and budget tracking.
- Support ad-hoc retail operational and commercial projects.
