We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Automation Engineer who enjoys solving technical challenges, implementing customer journeys, and making complex marketing technology work flawlessly. Strategists design the journey. You build it, configure it, and make it run.
What you'll do
You turn marketing strategies into technical reality.
Build, configure, and maintain customer journeys, automations, and campaigns within leading marketing automation and CDP platforms.
Work across technologies such as Adobe Journey Optimizer, SFMC, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Bloomreach, and similar platforms depending on the client.
Configure audiences, segments, triggers, decision logic, and campaign flows.
Support technical implementations, integrations, and data mapping together with client technical teams.
Upload, configure, test and deploy HTML email templates across multiple marketing automation platforms.
Troubleshoot campaign issues, data flows, and platform configurations.
Collaborate closely with Marketing Automation Strategists who define the customer journey and campaign strategy - you bring it to life technically.
Work together with HTML developers and technical specialists whenever custom development is required.
Translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.

At least 2 years of experience in a similar technical role (agency experience is a plus).
Hands on experience with one or more Marketing Automation or CDP platforms (Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Klaviyo, HubSpot, Bloomreach or similar)
Strong understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, audiences, triggers and automation logic
Experience working with APIs, webhooks and data integrations
Ability to understand and troubleshoot JSON payloads and API responses
Basic SQL skills to validate, query or troubleshoot customer data
Upload, configure, test and deploy HTML email templates within marketing automation platforms.
Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting skills.
Good communication skills in English (our team is international).
Nice to have
Experience working in enterprise Marketing Automation ecosystems
Experience with Adobe Campaign, AJO or SFMC
Marketing Automation or CRM certifications
Experience with experimentation (A/B testing or multivariate testing)
