Sales Account Manager

Account Management & Customer Relations:

· Manage and maintain relationships with assigned customers and key stakeholders to maximize account growth and customer retention.

· Act as the primary point of contact for all customer ensuring timely response to inquiries, concerns and business requirements.

· Conduct regular customer meetings and account reviews to understand business challenges, identify new opportunities and strengthen strategic partnerships.

· Monitor customer satisfaction levels and proactively address issues to ensure service excellence and long-term customer loyalty.

1. Sales & Business Development:

Identify, develop, and successfully close sales opportunities within assigned accounts and target customers.
Promote company products, solutions and services to existing and potential customers.
Achieve assigned revenue, gross profit, order intake and pipeline targets in line with departmental objectives.

2. Proposal & Opportunity Management:

Lead the preparation of proposals, quotations, and tenders for small to medium-sized opportunities.
Coordinate technical, commercial and contractual requirements with relevant internal teams.
Conduct customer presentations, negotiations and commercial discussions.

3. Market Intelligence & Business Insights:

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer developments and emerging technologies within the ICT sector, to identify new business opportunities and competitive advantages.

· Provide feedback to management regarding market dynamics, customer needs, and business development opportunities.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Administration.

- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in ICT sales in data center , security light current hardware experience , account management is a must relevant to our industry

- Good understanding of sales cycles, tendering processes, and procurement procedures.

- Strong customer relationship management and opportunity development skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
