Senior CVM & Marketing Analytics - Banking

7+ years of experience in Banking CVM, Customer Marketing, or Marketing Analytics.
Strong experience in customer segmentation, cross-sell modelling, campaign eligibility, uplift, and incrementality measurement.
Must have solid experience in the Banking industry.
Experience in designing and measuring banking marketing campaigns end-to-end.
Strong understanding of banking commercial drivers, including:

Product holding & cross-sell
Deposit & balance growth
Lending & card propensity
New-to-bank acquisition

Experience owning CVM use cases such as:

Cross-sell
Card activation & usage
Balance growth
Silent attrition
Lifecycle & transaction triggers

Good understanding of marketing eligibility and regulatory requirements, including suitability, affordability, credit gating, and auditability.
Strong experience in control group design and incrementality measurement.
SQL knowledge is required.
Nice to have:

Islamic Banking experience
Customer Data Platform / Campaign Management Platform experience
Experience working with Engineering teams to define customer attributes and segments.
