Job Description

• 5 - 8 years as a Business Analyst within Financial Operations, FinTech, or Enterprise Automation programs.

• Demonstrated skill in process modeling standards (BPMN, UML) and detailed functional specification writing.

• Strong working knowledge of core financial products, back-office processing workflows, and trade management lifecycles.

• Practical understanding of AI automation capabilities, data extraction limitations, and operational risk controls.

• Proficiency in SQL for independent database querying and operational data analysis.
