Чем предстоит заниматься?

Суть работы:

Анализ регламентов → построение воронок → разработка БП → интеграция с внешними системами → тест и внедрение

Декомпозиция:

* Анализ регламентов - изучение действующих инструкций, документооборота и сценариев работы всех подразделений, прорисовка логистических схем

* Проектирование воронок - построение прозрачных схем движения заявок/сделок/задач с учётом этапов, статусов, прав доступа и точек согласования

* Сбор и формализация бизнес-требований

* Разработка бизнес-процессов - создание и отладка сложных БП в Дизайнере Битрикс24 (роботы, условия, параллельные ветки, циклы)

Что мы ожидаем:

* Опыт интеграции Битрикс24 с внешними системами (1С - обязательно; почта, сайты - приветствуется)

* Глубокое знание бизнес-процессов Битрикс24, воронок продаж, смарт-процессов

* Уверенное владение REST API, вебхуками

* Понимание принципов BPMN и умение составлять схемы процессов

* Опыт внедрения автоматизации бизнес-процессов
