Role: Events & Merchandizing: General Manager

Job Description:

We’re hiring a Lead for Events & Merchandising to own the calendar and the canvas of Stablemoney. This is a platform role which owns all the touch-points across the app (category pages and outside Category pages). You decide what surfaces where, on which day, for which user, and how the whole app lights up around the moments that matter: festivals and other Events.

This owner also own the Design and Execution of all Events which drive goodness to the org. during occasions where the demand for investing goes up.

Roles & Expectations:

• Quarterly + monthly Events and Merchandising calendars across all categories (FD, Bonds, MFs, FD-backed CC and new ones)

• 4 to 6 tentpole platform events a year: Designing the USP for the consumer, closing on the theme, stitching it across off-app, on-app journeys, program manage execution and Owning the impact.

• Home feed, category pages, cross-sell rails, personalization slots - the single point of accountability for every pixel of curated inventory a user sees.

• Segment × category × moment personalization ruleset for every merchandising surface.

• Weekly velocity + conversion readouts and a clean A/B testing pipeline for placement, copy, and offer.

• Post-mortem discipline - every tentpole ends with a written retro and three sharpened defaults for next time.

Preferred Candidate:

• 5-8 years, with 3+ in D2C merchandising (E-Commerce or Q-Commerce)

• Have owned at least one tentpole event end-to-end as the End to End owner - BBD, End of Reason Sale, Republic Day sale, an IPL takeover, or equivalent.

• Sharp taste - you can look at any home screen and tell what’s off in under a minute.

• Have shipped inside a real design system; understand information architecture on a home feed.

• Bias for calendar rhythm and shipping fast; write crisp docs; obsessive about retros.

• Familiarity with FD / Bonds / MFs as products - not required.

• Comfort with A/B tooling and experience of running A/B experiments
