The Job:
Master Data Analyst is responsible for maintaining SAP master data for all Monterrey plants and overseeing the master data and E&O team, covering everything from initial setup to the maintenance and improvement of SAP systems and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the implementation of deviations and engineering changes in SAP
- Setup of new parts, new models, BoMs, Service SAs, batteries, motors, Sas
- Update part numbers in SAP
- Upload bills of materials for New Products and DMold
- Continuous improvement of Master Data processes
- Prevention and reduction of E&O
- SAP reports
- Monitoring of department metrics (E&O, implementations, new products)
- Actively participates in inventory exercises as well as physical inventory counts
The Person:

- Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in a related field
- Required work experience:
- 2 years of relevant experience.
- Relevant experience with SAP.
- Conversational English
- Strong sense of urgency

- Effective communication at all levels
- Strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement
- Ability to manage multiple task
