岗位职责 / Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Design and build business intelligence solutions focused on giving data meaning through
information visualization/infographics in the organization while maximizing user-adoption and
data literacy growth in the organization
Advises business partners and build standardize dashboards and visualizations in business
intelligence and analytical tools
Defines and sets the standards for dashboards and reporting design standards focused on effective
human-data interactions
Work with the business to understand and align business metric calculation
Contribute to communication of technical insights to non-technical audiences
Follows best practices associated with process, tools, techniques, and methodologies related to
data organization and delivery

Experience in designing, and developing data visualization, reporting and analytical solutions.
Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
- Extensive experience in developing Data visualization wireframes, interactive prototypes and
mock-ups for both web and mobile
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in consumer facing industry
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Visual Design, Business Analytics, Human Computer
Interactions (translating data into or related field

- 8-10 years total experience in Business Intelligence dashboard and report designs and
development, directly working with the business
- 3+ years of experience working with modern BI tools like PowerBI, QBI, Tableau, etc
- Understand data visualization techniques and libraries and their applicability to business problems
- Proven ability to design/develop industry-leading and intuitive data visualizations to tell stories
with data, focused on end user adoption and data literacy
- Ability to manage multi-faceted projects with complex deliverables and dynamic deadlines
- Experience in retail industry is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science is preferred
