✅ Strong commercial acumen with expertise in pricing, margins, forecasting, and strategic planning.
✅ Established relationships across distributors, retailers, merchants, contractors, and trade customers.
✅ The ability to inspire teams, influence stakeholders, and create a culture of performance.
Your Mission:
- Develop and execute a winning sales strategy.
- Grow revenue, profitability, and market share.
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team.

- 10+ years of sales leadership experience.
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership or director-level role.
