Creative Department Coordinator @ Displate | E-Commerce

Displate, founded in 2013 in Poland, is a global e-commerce platform where content creators have a new way to sell their designs and where everyone can buy uncommon products with graphics they love.

At Displate we help people express themselves. We are a global marketplace, gathering over 30 000 artists from all over the world and selling their designs (over 500 000 ones) on one of a kind, magnet-mounted metal prints. It is home for people who live and breathe a good design. We’ve already sold 1 million of our posters! :)

Each Displate sold generates income and fame for artists, a smile for a customer and helps us planting trees as part of our project to reduce the company’s ecological footprint - so far we’ve planted over 10 mln trees.

We have over 170 talented and exceptional people onboard, our headquarters & manufacture located in Warsaw (Poland) and the branch in Austin (Texas, USA).

• Traffic management for all incoming creative projects
• Initiating and daily overseeing projects in a workflow tool
• Planning resources, projects and their timelines
• Verifying compliance of creative briefs
• Efficient communication between Creative Team and others departments
• Supporting Head of Creative in overseeing the results and motivation of the team
• Periodically making reports, data analyzes and observing trends on team utilization and clients tendencies

• Experience in the role of creative traffic or project coordinator in an agency environment
• Experience in managing project flow and the ability to recommend and implement new strategies and work processes
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Clearly and effectively communicating with staff at all levels of an organization
• Focus on results, quality and efficiencies
• Strong computer background: knowledge of project management tools, MS Office, Google Docs, Sheets and Slides
• High level of empathy and communication skills
• Practical knowledge of the production of online / offline advertising, in particular in graphic creation (web design, print production, illustration) will be an asset
