We’re looking for a senior, hands-on Cloud / DevOps Engineer to join the team evolving our cloud infrastructure - from architecture and automation to production operations.

This isn’t a transition from traditional system administration. We expect proven experience with modern cloud engineering and DevOps practices from day one.

And yes - there’s a lot to get your hands on. Real scale, real technical challenges, and plenty of room to shape what comes next.

The technical bar

• Senior-level hands-on experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform and Kubernetes

• Strong cloud infrastructure architecture and system design skills

• Terraform / Infrastructure as Code

• Proven modern Cloud / DevOps experience, with a strong focus on automation and practical use of AI

• Experience with production operations, troubleshooting and L2 support

• Previous development experience with TypeScript, Node.js and MongoDB is a strong advantage

• Fluent Czech or Slovak + communicative English

What you’ll work on

• Cloud infrastructure architecture, design and automation

• Production Kubernetes environments, including scaling and platform automation

• Databases and distributed infrastructure services

• Platform Engineering, Kubernetes operators and internal tooling

• CI/CD and pipelines

• Observability, monitoring and production reliability

• Cloud cost optimization / FinOps

• Infrastructure tooling, with a welcome overlap into Developer Experience

• AI-driven automation across DevOps and infrastructure workflows

• Evaluation and adoption of new technologies where they solve a real problem

• 24/7 L2 on-call rotation (approximately 1 week out of every 4)
