We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us bring talented people to Wultra. You’ll work closely with our HR team and hiring managers across the company - from creating job ads and sourcing candidates to managing communication, interviews, feedback, and recruitment administration.
What Will You Do?
Own recruitment processes end-to-end - from opening a position and job posting to offer and the start of onboarding.
Work with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, define roles, and create job descriptions.
Review applications and run first-round screenings to identify the right candidates to move forward.
Manage candidate pipelines and the interview process, coordinating feedback and next steps with hiring managers.
Take care of recruitment administration from the first touchpoint to hiring, including interview notes, candidate records or references, and keeping recruitment documents updated.
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, schedule interviews, and attend selected interviews.
Source and approach candidates proactively to build a relevant talent pipeline.
Own candidate communication and ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Have previous hands-on experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Can independently manage several open positions and keep things moving.
Are comfortable working with hiring managers and challenging or clarifying their requirements when needed.
Are proactive and comfortable reaching out to candidates via LinkedIn, email, or phone.
Communicate clearly, professionally, and kindly in Czech and English.
Are organized, reliable, and interested in technology and the people behind it.
Are curious, eager to learn, and want to grow in recruitment.
Enjoy teamwork and care about candidate experience.
Have a can-do mindset and are not discouraged when candidates do not reply right away.
Which Tools Should You Know?
G Suite - we organize our work via Google Workspace and schedule meetings via Google Meet.
iWork and/or MS Office - we use both Microsoft and Mac products to create presentations, documents, and spreadsheets.
LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn search - we use LinkedIn to find and approach potential candidates.
Recruitis or other recruitment tools or ATS platforms - experience with any candidate database or recruitment system is a plus.
Asana, or similar project management tools - useful for keeping hiring pipelines organized.
