Töö kirjeldus

- Varahalduse protsesside kaardistamine, kirjeldamine, dokumenteerimine ja ajakohastamine
- Protsesside toimivuse, järgimise ja kvaliteedi seire, parendusettepanekute tegemine
- Andmekvaliteedi tagamise jälgimine ja suunamine
- Protsesside mõõdikute, kontrolli ja aruandluse kujundamine
- Protsesside juurutamise, koolitamise ja rakendamise toetamine
- Varahalduse töövahendite ja süsteemide arendustes ning nõuete sõnastamisel osalemine
- Varahalduse protsesside ühtse rakendamise toetamine

Ootused kandidaadile

  • Vähemalt kaheaastane töökogemus IT-varahalduse, protsesside arendamise, teenusehalduse või sarnases valdkonnas
  • Head teadmised IT-varahaldusest, protsessijuhtimisest ja andmekvaliteedist
  • Oskus tööprotsesse süsteemselt kaardistada ja parendada
  • Oskus hinnata protsesse ja märgata automatiseerimise võimalusi
  • Oskus kaasata ja koolitada osapooli ning koostada selgeid juhendeid
  • Eelise annab ITIL või ITSM põhimõtete tundmine
  • Kasuks tuleb töökogemus avalikus sektoris
  • Väga hea eesti ja hea inglise keele oskus
  • Valmidus töötada riigikaitselisel ametikohal
