Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of JAVA J2EE, with proven expertise in developing scalable and high-performance applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain enterprise solutions using modern technologies and Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust Java applications using J2EE technologies.
- Work with Unix and Linux environments for application deployment and support.
- Implement frameworks such as Struts and Spring for scalable application architecture.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless communication between services.
- Utilize SQL for database design, queries, and performance tuning.
- Manage version control and collaboration using GIT.
- Contribute to cloud migration and deployment strategies on major cloud platforms.
- Develop and maintain front-end features with React JS.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and sprints, contributing to continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java development (J2EE).
- Strong proficiency with Unix and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with Struts and Spring Frameworks.
- Expertise in REST API design and integration.
- Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with GIT version control system.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is highly desirable.
- Experience with React JS for front-end development.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker or Kubernetes.
- Certification in Java or cloud technologies is a plus.
