Role : QA - Test Engineer

Primary Skills (Must Have):

Required Skills & Experience

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in QA Automation using tools such as Selenium with C#.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and .NET framework fundamentals.
• Experience in designing and developing robust, scalable, and maintainable test automation frameworks (e.g., Page Object Model, data-driven, keyword-driven).
• Proficient in working with collections, LINQ, and design patterns in C#.
• Solid experience in writing complex SQL queries to validate and test backend data.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, including integration of automated test suites into build pipelines.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Good knowledge of testing methodologies, defect tracking/management tools, QA processes, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.

Work Environment and Domain Expertise:

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, actively participating in sprint ceremonies.
• Exposure to test planning, estimation, and execution reporting.
• Experience in Capital Markets or Fund Accounting domain will be an added advantage.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to modern tools like Playwright (C#) or other automation frameworks.
• Experience in cloud platforms or enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of pipeline troubleshooting and test stability optimization.
