Senior AI/ML Developer, Assistant Vice President
Position Title: Senior AI/ML Developer, AVP
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience:
- 3+ years experience with Python libraries and common frameworks and tools.
- Advanced coding and software engineering skills, and familiarity with software engineering principles around testing, code reviews and deployment.
- Familiarity with AI/ML systems, natural language processinga plus
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
Skills:
- Understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, including supervised learning, unsupervised learning, and deep learning.
- Ability to work with large-scale datasets and implement scalable ML solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Minimum Salary:
zł182,004 AnnualThe minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.
Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.
In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.
