Statkraft is an Oslo-based renewable energy company, wholly owned by the Norwegian state, that develops and operates hydropower, wind, solar, gas-fired and biomass plants, supplies district heating and trades power in international energy markets. It is the largest generator of renewable energy in Europe, traces its history to 1895, produced 72.1 TWh in 2025 and employs around 6,500 people in about 20 countries across Europe, South America and Asia, with a shared services centre in Cork. It hires O&M and control technicians in Peru, wind and solar construction project managers, enterprise architects, market analysts, grid and GIS specialists, energy traders and finance staff.

Statkraft has been making clean energy possible for over a century. That is what we offer. 125 years of unrivalled expertise in supplying the world with what it needs most. We envision a world that runs entirely on renewable energy. Because in the fight against climate change, we do not see renewable energy as part of the solution - we believe it must be the solution. With us, you will shape a career that is truly forward-facing with many amazing opportunities and offerings to match.

But there is more work to be done - that is why we need you to join!

Poland is a key growth market for Statkraft, driven by the rapid expansion of renewable energy, growing corporate demand for green power, and increasing opportunities in flexibility and energy storage. Through its integrated Markets and Origination platform, Statkraft is strengthening its position as a leading provider of long-term energy solutions for renewable asset owners, industrial customers, and energy-intensive businesses.

We are actively expanding our presence in the Polish market by developing innovative renewable PPAs, route-to-market services, balancing solutions, and flexibility offerings. As the Polish energy transition accelerates, Statkraft is well-positioned to support customers in managing price risks, optimizing renewable assets, and unlocking value from emerging flexibility markets.
