As Enterprise Architect for Data & AI, you will provide strategic leadership for Statkraft's enterprise data and AI landscape. You will work across business units, technology domains and leadership teams to establish a coherent architecture that supports innovation while ensuring governance, security and long-term sustainability. Your responsibilities include:
- Define and maintain Statkraft's target architecture for Data & AI
- Drive enterprise-wide architecture principles, standards and reference architectures
- Lead architecture decisions related to data platforms, analytics, AI and information management
- Support the development of enterprise data capabilities and governance frameworks
- Enable scalable adoption of AI and Generative AI solutions
- Ensure alignment between business priorities, data strategy and technology investments
- Guide architecture decisions across data products, platforms and AI initiatives
- Partner with product teams, platform teams and senior stakeholders to accelerate value creation
We look for an Enterprise Architect with the skills required to strengthen our capability-driven approach to Market Operations, ensuring that business and technology development are aligned with strategic objectives.
Required Experience
- Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture, Data Architecture or Platform Architecture, including the design of large-scale cloud-based data ecosystems and enterprise data platforms.
- Deep expertise in data management, information architecture and modern data platforms, with the ability to shape enterprise-wide data strategy.
- Strong understanding of modern analytics, AI and emerging data-driven technologies.
- Ability to balance long-term strategic vision with pragmatic delivery and business outcomes.
- Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to guide Solution Architects, align stakeholders and ensure solution decisions support the target Data & AI architecture.
Preferred Experience
- Experience shaping modern cloud-based data, analytics and AI platforms using technologies such as Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, DataSphere or similar ecosystems.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, Responsible AI and AI governance practices.
- Experience with modern data operating models, including data products, data mesh, data fabric or similar approaches.
- Understanding of regulatory, security, privacy and compliance requirements related to enterprise data and AI.
- Experience defining architecture principles, standards and reference architectures for Data & AI landscapes.
- Experience in energy, utilities, commodities trading or other data-intensive industries.
