The Role
We’re looking for a senior, highly analytical growth operator to own how we acquire customers and build the measurement systems that tell us what’s working. This is a high-ownership role spanning paid acquisition, growth strategy, experimentation, analytics, attribution, and AI-enabled growth. You’ll be responsible for building and scaling our acquisition engine, while creating the data infrastructure and reporting needed to understand customer behavior and make better decisions.
You’ll work closely with creative, product, engineering, operations, and leadership to turn data into action, leverage AI to improve how we operate and experiment, and continuously improve the economics of the business.
What You’ll Do
Own customer acquisition: Develop and manage our paid acquisition strategy, including channel mix, budgets, targeting, retargeting, and optimization.
Build the growth engine: Develop our acquisition plan from launch through scale, with a focus on CAC, conversion, LTV, and efficient growth.
Lead experimentation: Build a disciplined testing program across audiences, creative, messaging, channels, landing pages, and new growth opportunities.
Use AI to accelerate growth: Incorporate AI tools and workflows into acquisition, analytics, experimentation, research, creative development, and reporting where they can meaningfully improve speed or performance.
Turn creative into performance: Partner closely with creative to develop, test, and scale the ads and content that drive customer growth.
Build our measurement foundation: Establish the reporting, attribution, and tracking needed to understand where customers come from, what converts them, and what drives value.
Turn data into decisions: Analyze acquisition and customer data to identify opportunities, diagnose performance, and determine where we should invest next.
Partner across the company: Work with product, engineering, and creative to ensure we have the right data, tracking, tools, and customer insights to continuously improve growth.
You
7+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, growth analytics, or a related field.
Proven experience owning paid acquisition and growth strategy, ideally for a consumer product or technology company.
Strong hands-on experience using AI tools to improve your work. You should be comfortable incorporating AI into analysis, research, experimentation, automation, creative development, or other parts of your workflow.
Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, conversion funnels, attribution, cohort analysis, and experimentation.
Highly analytical and comfortable working directly with data; strong SQL skills are a plus.
Experience building or owning growth measurement and attribution systems.
Strong creative instincts and experience using performance data to inform creative testing.
Excellent quantitative and strategic judgment. You know how to distinguish signal from noise and focus on what actually drives growth.
Hands-on and entrepreneurial, with the ability to build from scratch and operate with significant ownership.
Curious about emerging technologies and proactive about finding ways to use AI to make the growth function more effective.
Strong communicator who can turn complex data into clear insights and actions.
What Success Looks Like
You’ll build the growth engine and measurement foundation that allows us to acquire customers efficiently, understand exactly what is driving growth, and continuously improve the business through experimentation, data, and smart use of AI. You’ll know where every customer is coming from, what it costs to acquire them, what converts them, what makes them valuable, and where we should invest the next dollar. You’ll also establish practical ways to use AI to make the team faster and more effective, whether through better analysis, faster experimentation, improved creative iteration, or smarter automation.
