Support Engineer with English

As a Support Engineer, your primary goal is to connect our customers with our technical solutions. Your mission involves collaborating with diverse teams to identify and resolve customer issues, delivering outstanding technical support.
Responsibilities:
- Providing support to clients (via email and phone) regarding technical issues: password reset, Internet connectivity issues, emailing options etc;
- Logging remotely to client's computer and help them solve software issues;
- Documenting issues that you deal with on a daily basis into the ticketing system;
- Troubleshooting hardware, software and network related issues;
- Escalating problems to the next level of support when necessary;
- Help the client with all the necessary information.
Working hours
- Operating 7 days a week we run a variety of shifts, with flexibility to suit everyone.
- Basic knowledge of IT concepts, including familiarity with Windows operating systems and common software applications.
- Proficiency in common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, web browsers) and basic troubleshooting of application-related problems.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Adaptability and flexibility to address diverse customer needs.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken - minimum B2 level
