You will join our Software & Platform Enablement organization. Together we're developing and maintaining different kinds of digital products, and are also responsible for all integrations and cloud platforms within Stena Metall.

The group is divided into a number of small teams where developers, leads, and product owners collaborate closely around a set of digital products. Architects, designers, platform experts, and other specialists are available to support our work. Our products vary from small, custom-designed applications for specific internal purposes to customer-facing web portals for the Recycling and Stål businesses.

Are you the Full Stack Developer we are looking for?

We're actively exploring different ways of transforming Stena Metall's ways of working using agentic AI - both in our development practice and in the solutions we develop.

Using your potential, you will:

• Build digital services for internal and/or external users
• Design, develop, test and deploy web and mobile (PWA) applications using some of the technologies we use (see below)
• Own features end to end, from idea to production including QA
• Collaborate with other developers, designers, and product owners to deliver high-quality products
• Take initiative to keep work moving, including planning and coordination when needed
• Work closely with customers and business representatives to understand and discuss requirements
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code that follows best practices and standards
• Monitor, debug and troubleshoot issues in production and provide technical support
• Build and maintain cloud infrastructure as code
• Keep learning new technologies and tools, including AI, to improve your skills and your work

It starts with you!

As aFull Stack Developeryou have:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in software engineering or equivalent, and at least five years of professional software development experience
• Full-stack development experience with TypeScript and Angular or React
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure
• Used to working in agile, cross-functional teams
• You take ownership and care about getting things live and used
• You are communicative, enjoy teamwork and know how to involve the right people to move things forward
• Experience leading smaller projects or initiatives is a plus
• Swedish and English written and spoken
