Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough consultations before each treatment, checking for contraindications and tailoring services to guest needs.

  • Accurately complete consultation forms and treatment records, storing them securely in line with GDPR requirements.

  • Provide guests with clear aftercare advice and make recommendations for follow-up treatments, products, and experiences.

  • Adhere to the treatment schedule, ensuring guests are seen on time and all bookings are fulfilled.

  • Prepare, clean, and reset massage huts and treatment rooms between every guest, maintaining a spotless and tranquil environment.

  • Use and store all oils, products, and equipment according to COSHH, safety data sheets, and spa guidelines.

  • Manage laundry and waste within treatment areas in collaboration with Housekeeping.

  • Report low stock levels, faulty equipment, or maintenance issues promptly to the Spa Supervisor.

4. Health & Safety

  • Take responsibility as a Competent Person in the implementation of Louma Country Hotel’s Health & Safety Policy by following all SOPs and risk assessments.

  • Uphold rigorous standards of hygiene and infection control for every treatment.

  • Be fully aware of and follow all fire, evacuation, and emergency procedures.

  • Always maintain a presentable, cheerful, and professional appearance, with excellent personal hygiene and a clean, laundered uniform.

  • Demonstrate focus, proactivity, and enthusiasm-working independently or as part of a team, building strong working relationships.

  • Embody the values and ethos of Louma Country Hotel in all guest, team, and partner interactions.

  • Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by the Spa Supervisor.
