P O S I T I O N O V E R V I E W

We are looking for a Data Analyst who combines strong analytical thinking with modern data and automation skills. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau, data modelling, automation, and advanced analytics, and be comfortable turning ambiguous business problems into measurable, data-driven solutions.

K E Y R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S

• Advanced Data Analytics: Analyse complex datasets using SQL and Python to identify trends, anomalies, patterns, bottlenecks, and root causes.

• SQL & Analytical Data Preparation: Develop complex SQL queries, transformations, reusable datasets, and analytical models across multiple data sources.

• BI & Visualisation: Build and enhance Power BI/Tableau dashboards, KPIs, DAX/calculation, drill-downs, and automated reporting.

• Data Quality & Reconciliation: Develop validation, reconciliation, and exception logic to identify inconsistencies and improve data reliability.

• Python & Automation: Use Python, Pandas, APIs, and automation to streamline data processing, reporting, validation, and repetitive workflows.

• Operational Analytics: Perform KPI, SLA, variance, trend, and performance analysis to identify actionable business improvements.

• Predictive & Advanced Analytics: Apply statistical analysis, forecasting, anomaly detection, and predictive techniques to support proactive decision-making.

• AI / GenAI: Identify and develop practical AI/ML/GenAI use cases for intelligent insights, anomaly detection, natural-language analytics, and workflow automation.

• Returns Authorization & Management: Review, process, and authorize hardware return requests from customers and field technicians.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business and technical teams to define requirements, validate insights, communicate findings, and deliver data-driven solution.

R E Q U I R E D S K I L L S & Q U A L I F I C A T I O N S

• 3-5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Operations Analytics

• Strong hands-on SQL and strong experience with Power BI or Tableau

• Hands-on experience with Python

• Experience with data modeling, transformation, validation, and reconciliation

• Strong understanding of KPIs, metrics, and analytical techniques

• Experience working with multiple data sources

• Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills

P R E F E R R E D S K I L L S

• AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs

• Forecasting, predictive analytics, and anomaly detection

• APIs and ETL/ELT concepts

• Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, AWS, or Azure

• Experience in technology, hardware, inventory, supply chain, or other operational domains

E D U C A T I O N

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
