Dla naszego klienta - dużej firmy z branży ubezpieczeniowej - poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Data Scientist. Projekt polega na budowie nowoczesnego systemu wykrywania nadużyć w obszarze obsługi szkód i świadczeń, wykorzystując dane, automatyzację i AI.
Zakres odpowiedzialności
- Budowa, rozwój i utrzymanie modeli wykrywających ryzyko
- Przygotowywanie danych i projektowanie cech (feature engineering) na potrzeby modeli
- Dobór metod analitycznych do danych tabelarycznych, tekstowych i grafowych
- Projektowanie eksperymentów, walidacja i ocena skuteczności modeli
- Przygotowywanie modeli do wdrożenia produkcyjnego we współpracy z programistami
- Interpretacja predykcji modeli, dokumentowanie wyników i testowanie nowych metod ML
Wymagania
- Około 3 lata doświadczenia jako Data Scientist, w tym co najmniej jeden model wdrożony produkcyjnie
- Bardzo dobra znajomość SQL
- Doświadczenie w budowaniu modeli klasyfikacyjnych (regresja logistyczna, gradient boosting)
- Umiejętność projektowania cech (feature engineering)
- Umiejętność doboru metod walidacji i metryk oceny modeli
- Swoboda w programowaniu umożliwiająca samodzielne prowadzenie eksperymentów ML
