Quality Technician I

Descripción general

Como Quality Technician I, apoyarás las actividades de calidad en un entorno de manufactura de dispositivos médicos, colaborando con equipos multifuncionales para garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, los requisitos regulatorios y los procedimientos internos. El puesto participa en inspecciones, gestión de no conformidades, actividades CAPA y análisis de datos de calidad para respaldar las operaciones diarias de producción.

Qué harás

  • Realizar inspecciones de materia prima, producto en proceso y producto terminado utilizando métodos, herramientas y equipos de medición establecidos.
  • Verificar el cumplimiento de especificaciones, planos, instrucciones de trabajo y requisitos de calidad aplicables.
  • Documentar resultados de inspección y registros de calidad de forma precisa y oportuna.
  • Iniciar, investigar y apoyar el cierre de no conformidades y acciones correctivas y preventivas.
  • Analizar tendencias de calidad y generar reportes y gráficos para apoyar la toma de decisiones.
  • Identificar, documentar y comunicar materiales, productos o procesos no conformes.
  • Colaborar con producción y otras áreas para asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y brindar orientación sobre requisitos de inspección.
  • Participar en auditorías, validaciones de procesos y actividades de mejora continua, apoyando el cierre de hallazgos y acciones derivadas.

Lo que necesitarás

Calificaciones requeridas

  • Bachillerato en Educación Media concluido.
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en aseguramiento o control de calidad (QA/QC).
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en la industria de dispositivos médicos.
  • Inglés intermedio para lectura y escritura.
  • Experiencia en lectura e interpretación de planos.
  • Conocimiento de Microsoft Office, incluyendo Word y Excel.

Calificaciones preferidas

  • Estudios universitarios en curso en Ingeniería, Calidad o un campo relacionado.
  • Experiencia previa participando en investigaciones de no conformidades, acciones correctivas y preventivas o auditorías de calidad.
