About the Role

As a Client Operations Assistant, AI Image Studio, you will support the day-to-day production and operational needs of Stylitics’ AI Image Studio programs. You’ll work closely with the Client Delivery team to help produce, review, organize, and deliver high-quality AI-generated imagery for our clients.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in the intersection of fashion, visual content, and AI technology. You’ll gain experience working with emerging AI tools while helping our team maintain quality and efficiency as Image Studio programs scale.

What You Will Do

• Support day-to-day AI Image Studio production tasks for new and existing clients.
• Generate and review AI imagery using established prompts, creative guidelines, and production workflows.
• Perform quality assurance on generated images, checking for visual issues, accuracy, consistency, and alignment with provided client guidelines.
• Assist with basic prompt updates and image regeneration based on feedback and established guidelines.
• Organize and maintain Image Studio assets, files, trackers, and other production materials.
• Complete assigned production tasks accurately and on schedule, communicating blockers or questions to the appropriate team member.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Ability to work full-time hours (40 hours/week)
• Experience with AI technology and/or image production (eg. photoshoots)
• Works well in a fast-paced environment with a hunger for success
• Dependability is a MUST. Meeting deadlines and adhering to a schedule is key
• Multi-tasker who proactively seeks out opportunities to support the team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• A detail-oriented worker who strives for quality
• An interest in fashion, e-commerce, photography, visual content, or creative production
• Comfortable learning and working with new technology and digital tools
• Someone who sees themself working day to day in an environment and culture driven by our values

Salary

When we find the right person, we try to put our best foot forward with an offer that excites you and is fair on our end. We consider the skills and experience you bring, what similar jobs pay and make sure there’s equal pay for equal work among those you’ll be working with. The base compensation amount for this role is targeted at a net monthly salary of $34,718 MKD. Please note that the range is being shared in good faith and is subject to modification based on changing market and business conditions.
