Responsibilities:

  • Build internal tools and interfaces supporting AI infrastructure.
  • Develop dashboards (observability, evaluation, prompt testing).
  • Build internal developer tools and admin interfaces.
  • Improve developer experience for AI platform adoption.

Requirements:

  • 6-9 years of experience.

Frontend:

  • Strong React (hooks, state management, component architecture).
  • Experience with: Data-heavy dashboards (tables, charts, logs). Consumer-friendly slick single-page apps. Real-time UI updates (WebSockets, polling).

Backend:

  • Node.js / Python backend experience.
  • Ability to design APIs for observability data. Prompt testing interfaces.

Tooling Experience:

  • Experience building: Internal tools (admin panels, dev dashboards).
  • Exposure to: Prompt playgrounds or evaluation UIs (big plus).

UX Sensibility:

  • Ability to design tools for engineers and end-users.
  • Focus on usability and debugging workflows.

AI:

  • Ability to rapidly build using AI.
  • At least 2 years of experience on AI teams in any capacity.
