Join our team as a Technical Implementation Manager, where you will be responsible for the successful onboarding of new clients onto our SaaS platform. You will manage the technical aspects of the implementation process, including understanding client requirements, configuring our software, managing data migration, and providing technical guidance. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify opportunities for process improvement, and contribute to customer retention efforts.

  • Collaborer avec les clients pour comprendre leurs exigences techniques, configurer notre logiciel et superviser la migration des données.
  • Fournir une expertise technique et un soutien aux clients tout au long du processus d'implémentation, en identifiant et en résolvant les problèmes techniques.

- With excellent communication, you clearly convey ideas and actively listen

- A strong team player with integrity, you are confident and passionate about your impactful work

- You are highly organized, possess a strong project management mindset, and comfortably pivot from technical expert to independent project leader when small accounts require it

- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven track record of managing projects or client onboardings independently

- Experience with system configuration, data migration, and integration

- Proficiency in APIs, MongoDB/NoSQL databases, scripting languages (Python, JavaScript), web technologies (HTML, CSS), etc

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience

- 3+ years of experience in a technical implementation role, preferably in a SaaS environment
