Marketing Executive

We are looking for a proactive, creative and commercially minded Brand Marketing Executive to support the development of Jim Beam China's RTD (Ready-to-Drink) and Flavor portfolio. The role will participate in brand marketing, new product launches, consumer engagement programs and innovation projects, while working closely with Sales, E-commerce, Supply Chain and Global teams to drive business growth.

Role Responsibilities

Brand Marketing & Communications

• Support the development of annual marketing plans for the RTD and Flavor portfolio.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including social media communications, content marketing, KOL/KOC partnerships, and consumer engagement activities.
• Manage day-to-day project follow-up and coordination to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with creative, PR, media and digital agencies to ensure high-quality execution.
• Support the development and management of brand assets, campaign materials and marketing content.

Product & Innovation Projects

• Support new product development (NPD) and launch projects for the RTD and Flavor portfolio.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth execution of launch initiatives.
• Monitor product performance and market feedback following launch.

Channel Marketing Support

• Work closely with Trade and E-commerce teams to support key channel activations and promotional campaigns.
• Assist in developing channel marketing tools and consumer-facing promotional materials.
• Support the execution of integrated online and offline marketing programs.

Project Management & Cross-functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with Sales, E-commerce, Supply Chain, Finance and Global teams to support project delivery.
• Assist in managing marketing budgets, procurement processes and payment tracking.
• Ensure efficient execution of marketing initiatives and timely achievement of project milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; major in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administrationpreferred.
• 2years of experience in marketing-related roles.
• Experience in beverage, spiritsindustries are preferred.
• Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills.
• Passion for brand building, consumer marketing and market trends.
• Strong analytical capability and commercial awareness.

Good written and spoken English, with the ability to work in an English-speaking environment.
