About this role
As the Brand Design Intern, you’ll help craft, maintain, and elevate Super.com ’s brand across a variety of creative projects. You’ll work closely with the Senior Brand Designer, Growth team, and collaborate with cross-functional partners across Product, People & Talent, and more. This role is hands-on design experience while learning how creative work is planned, developed, and shipped in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What you’ll be working on:
Design and iterate on brand assets from early concepts to polished, on-brand deliverables, including illustrations
Support projects from intake through delivery by staying organized, tracking deadlines, and keeping assigned work moving forward.
Partner with designers and cross-functional teams to help clarify feedback and keep projects moving forward
Bring an AI-forward mindset to your work, finding ways to use AI tools to work smarter and faster across design by automating production of static ads and illustrations using the brand guidelines
Help maintain the Brand Team’s asset library by updating assets, metadata, and tags to keep it organized and easy to search
What we’re looking for:
You have a portfolio of coursework showing visual design fundamentals with strong layouts and typography, with an interest in illustration
You're organized with strong attention to detail, and can take a project from start to finish with minimal support
You're a clear, proactive communicator who's comfortable flagging blockers, asking questions, responding to feedback, and giving status updates
You're skilled in using the Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop), and are familiar with Figma
You're comfortable using AI design tools (e.g., Higgsfield, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Claude) for tasks like image generation, concepting, or resizing and iterating on assets
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt well to changing priorities
What We Offer:
Home Office Setup Allowance: $300 one-time
Friday UberEats Allowance: $25/week
Learning & Development Allowance: $300/ per term
Fitness/Wellness Allowance: $120/per term
Candidates can be based anywhere in Canada, provided they maintain a minimum 6-hour overlap with the Eastern Time Zone and are available to work a 40-hour work week.
We’re a remote-first company, but you’re always welcome to join us at our head office on 260 Queen Street West in Toronto. We also host virtual and in-person socials where interns can connect, play games, and meet others - including company - wide game nights and events. While optional, these are great ways to build connections and make the most of your Super.com experience.
