Content and Programming Lead
Role Overview
As the Content & Programming Lead for Super AI, you will be the mastermind behind the stage. You will own the intellectual blueprint of our flagship event, shaping the narrative of the world’s premier artificial intelligence gathering. From scouting world-class AI visionaries to meticulously crafting the daily agenda, you will ensure our programming is groundbreaking, cohesive, and deeply engaging.

Key Responsibilities
Agenda Architecture: Design, structure, and curate the master agenda for Super AI, balancing keynote speeches, panel discussions, fire-side chats, and technical workshops.
Speaker Outreach & Recruitment: Identify, pitch, and secure high-caliber speakers, including AI researchers, tech executives, founders, policymakers, and cultural icons.
End-to-End Speaker Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for all confirmed speakers. Manage prep calls, collect presentation materials, coordinate logistics, and ensure a flawless VIP experience.
Content Strategy & Curation: Research emerging AI trends (GenAI, robotics, AI ethics, compute infrastructure) to ensure the event's themes are cutting-edge and commercially relevant.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the marketing, operations, and production teams to ensure the event narrative aligns with promotional campaigns and on-stage execution.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 4+ years of experience in conference programming, content curation, or speaker management, preferably within the tech or AI conference space.
Network & Industry Savvy: A deep understanding of the current AI landscape and an existing network (or the ability to quickly build one) within the tech ecosystem.
Exceptional Communication: Top-tier written and verbal communication skills. You can write a cold pitch that a Fortune 500 CEO actually wants to reply to.
Project Management Mastery: Ability to manage hundreds of moving parts, tight deadlines, and shifting schedules without breaking a sweat.
Detail Obsession: A spreadsheet wizard who thrives on keeping speaker databases, schedules, and agendas flawlessly organized.
