Manage & Mentor: Guide a talented team of copywriters, graphic designers, and multimedia producers, giving sharp creative direction and inspiring their best work.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Strategy teams to align creative output with core business objectives and target KPIs.
Hands-on Craft: Jump into execution when needed-whether crafting key campaign visuals, directing video shoots, or sharpening brand copy.
Trend & Quality Control: Maintain an uncompromising standard for quality while keeping a pulse on cultural trends, design shifts, and emerging tech.
What You Bring
Proven Track Record: 5+ years of creative agency or in-house brand experience, with 2+ years leading creative teams or complex campaigns.
Dynamic Portfolio: A robust showcase of multi-channel campaigns that demonstrate strong design fundamentals, story arcs, and conceptual thinking.
Mastery of Tools: Expertise in Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere/After Effects) and collaborative design software (Figma).
Strategic Storytelling: Ability to translate abstract business goals and audience insights into intuitive, emotionally resonant creative concepts.
Exceptional Communication: Articulate presenter who can pitch ideas convincingly to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
