  • Partner Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard new referral partners, building a pipeline of advisory firms aligned with target verticals and deal sizes.

  • CRM Tracking & Analytics: Track partner performance and referral pipeline in the CRM, reporting on partner-sourced pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue.

  • Enablement Content & Market Feedback: Collaborate with marketing on partner enablement content (such as one-pagers, case studies, and battlecards) and provide market feedback to leadership on partner needs, competitive positioning, and emerging trends in the outsourcing advisory space.
