Senior Production Operator - 2nd & 3rd Shift
Location: Norwalk, OH
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Operator to support daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role involves operating production equipment, maintaining product quality, following safety procedures, and supporting efficient production processes.
Available Shifts
2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 1:00 p.m.-11:30 p.m., Possible Friday overtime
3rd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 p.m.-5:30 a.m., Possible Sunday overtime
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment to meet production and quality standards.
- Follow established safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
- Inspect products and materials to ensure quality requirements are met.
- Identify equipment or production issues and communicate concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and complete required production documentation.
- Assist with material handling and support overall team productivity.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous manufacturing or production experience required; senior-level experience preferred.
- Ability to operate equipment, follow work instructions, and troubleshoot basic production issues.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to lift, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks as required.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work the assigned shift.
- Forklift experience and familiarity with inventory or production systems are a plus.
