Vacancy Title: Transport Operations Planner Vacancy Location: Singapore, Senoko Engagement Type: Permanent, Full Time The Role: Here at Survitec, we are currently recruiting for a Transport Operations Planner to join our Operations Team based in Singapore. Key responsibilities for the Transport Operations Planner include but are not limited to: Plan daily routes and rosters for technician transfers and product deliveries and handle last-minute schedule changes. Oversee in-house drivers, monitor shift adherence, and ensure road safety compliance.
Manage 5 to 7 vehicles, servicing schedules, inspections, COE/insurance, PSA passes, fuel cards, ERP, and summonses/incidents. Support the launch and operational rollout of our new GPS/TMS fleet tracking software. Provide hands-on driving support for urgent product runs and technician transfers during peaks or driver shortages.

About You : Minimum Diploma qualification with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in fleet management, dispatch operations, or transport logistics. Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence with a clean driving record (Class 4 is an added advantage). Familiarity with Singapore roads, routes, and expressways.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and computerized fleet/TMS tracking systems. Strong operational coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills; able to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
