**Responsabilités :** - Traiter les demandes de la clientèle et résoudre leurs problèmes en leur apportant une assistance rapide et professionnelle - Prendre en charge les problèmes de la clientèle et transmettre les cas complexes à un niveau hiérarchique supérieur si nécessaire - Consigner les échanges avec précision et préserver la confidentialité des informations relatives à la clientèle

Exigences :

  • Baccalauréat ou équivalent
  • Compétences en communication en français de niveau B2+ (minimum)
  • Maîtrise des outils CRM, de la messagerie électronique et des tableurs
  • Solides capacités de résolution de problèmes et souci du détail
