DEINE ROLLE

⟢ Als Kundenservice- & Vertriebsspezialist bist du die Stimme der bekanntesten Telekommunikationsmarke Europas.

⟢ Du hilfst Kunden nicht nur bei Fragen zu Internet, Telefonie und TV, sondern nutzt jede Gelegenheit, um bedarfsgerecht zu beraten und mit deinem Engagement Mehrwert zu schaffen.

Konkret heißt das:

⟢ Du bearbeitest Anfragen rund um Produkte und Dienstleistungen eines führenden Telekommunikationsanbieters

⟢ Du löst technische oder administrative Anliegen zuverlässig und freundlich

⟢ Du erkennst Verkaufschancen und präsentierst passende Angebote & Zusatzangebote

⟢ Du trägst aktiv zur Kundenzufriedenheit und zum Teamerfolg bei

WAS DU MITBRINGST

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1)

Freude am Kundenkontakt und am gemeinsamen Erfolg

Eine kommunikative, lösungsorientierte und positive Art

Motivation, dich weiterzuentwickeln und Herausforderungen anzunehmen

Erste Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder Kundenservice ist ein Plus - aber keine Pflicht
