Job Summary:
MicroGenesis is seeking a results-oriented Sales Specialist - AWS Solutions to drive enterprise cloud business growth through new customer acquisition, strategic account development, and revenue generation. The role is responsible for building qualified pipeline, managing enterprise sales opportunities, and positioning AWS solutions and services to address customer business challenges. Working closely with Pre-Sales, Alliances, AWS Partner teams, and Delivery, the Sales Specialist will manage the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification to commercial closure.

Job Responsibilities:
- Own assigned revenue and pipeline targets for AWS Solutions and Services.
- Generate qualified opportunities through prospecting and account development.
- Identify and develop enterprise cloud opportunities across new and existing customers.
- Engage customers to understand business challenges and solution requirements.
- Position AWS cloud solutions and professional services aligned to customer needs.
- Identify cross-sell, Upsell and services attachment opportunities within existing accounts.
- Support the complete sales cycle from opportunity qualification to commercial closure.
- Position cloud migration, modernization, managed services, DevOps, security, and AI solutions.
- Lead customer workshops, solution demonstrations, and technical presentations.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales, Pre-Sales, Delivery, and AWS teams to build winning solutions.
- Maintain opportunity pipeline, forecasts, account plans, proposal and CRM updates.
Job Qualifications:
- 6 - 8 years of experience in AWS or Enterprise Cloud Sales.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or appropriate field.
- Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud, migration, modernization, DevOps, and managed services.
- AWS Certifications are preferred.
- Demonstrated success in influencing enterprise buying decisions and revenue achievement.
- Experience engaging enterprise customers and CXO stakeholders.
- Experience responding to enterprise RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and commercial engagements.
- Ability to communicate and influence people at all levels in an organization.
- Must have good industry network and existing relationship with C-level contacts.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, goal oriented and collaborative work environment.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and commercial skills.
- Possess high degree of self-motivation, initiative, integrity, discipline and commitment.
- Must be highly adaptable, process oriented, result driven, quick learner and team player.
