Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for an experienced Engagement Manager (Project Manager & Business Analyst) to lead the day-to-day delivery of OutSystems projects, delivered in partnership with OutSystems Professional Services.
This is a hybrid role that combines project management and business analysis: you’ll plan and run delivery, and you’ll also elicit, shape, and own the requirements. AI plays a central part in this position. You’ll help customers identify where AI adds real value, define AI features clearly enough for engineers to build and test, and use AI tools to make requirements, documentation, and delivery faster and better.
Prior OutSystems experience is not required. You’ll receive structured training and certification at the start of the engagement, followed by hands-on learning on live projects. You’ll work as one team with OutSystems Professional Services consultants, learning their delivery practices and sharing your own AI experience with them in return.
Engagement: Full-time

- Experience on at least one project that delivered AI or GenAI features, including defining the use case, requirements, and success measures.
- Working understanding of LLMs, prompts, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agents, hallucination, and evaluation, enough to work closely with engineers and explain trade-offs to stakeholders.
- Regular, hands-on use of GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot in project management and business analysis work.
- Awareness of responsible AI, data privacy, and human oversight requirements.
- Strong skills in requirements elicitation, process mapping, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience with Agile delivery and backlog management in tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with estimation, scope, budget, and risk management.
- Client-facing stakeholder management, ideally in a consultancy or professional services setting.
- Experience with user acceptance testing and release management.
- Fluent professional English, written and spoken.
Will be a plus
- Project management or business analysis experience on enterprise low-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, Mendix, Appian, ServiceNow App Engine, Salesforce Platform, or Pega.
- Understanding of how low-code changes delivery: faster prototyping, model-driven development, and the trade-offs between platform features and custom code.
- Any exposure to OutSystems 11 (O11) or OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC).
- Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster, Professional Scrum Master, IIBA CBAP, or CCBA.
- Experience with prototyping and design tools such as Figma.
- Experience in regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, healthcare, or government.
- Degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
