Join Swan, a leading embedded banking technology company, as a Senior Solution Engineer. In this role, you will work closely with Account Executives to help enterprise prospects turn their business ideas into credible banking solutions. You will design end-to-end solutions, explore compliance-sensitive setups, and maintain continuity from sales to delivery. You will also share and reuse practical expertise and bring market evidence into product decisions. This is a customer-facing technical role that requires experience in fintech, payments, or embedded banking.
Missions
- Partner with Account Executives from discovery to technical win, understanding the prospect’s business model and shaping the solution narrative.
- Design end-to-end solutions, mapping payment flows, onboarding journeys, APIs, and integration dependencies.
- Explore compliance-sensitive setups, identifying regulatory and operational questions early, and working with Compliance to assess the relevant framework.

* Bring experience in fintech, payments, embedded banking or a related financial-services environment, and are comfortable with APIs and integration design.
* Can lead discovery with business and technical stakeholders, explain trade-offs clearly, and communicate confidently in English.
* Know how to surface compliance or operational questions early, involve the right experts, and avoid overpromising.
* Can coordinate work across teams, clarify responsibilities and follow through-while taking ownership and using sound judgment.
