Platform Software Engineer

The Project

We are looking for a Platform / Infrastructure Engineer to join our DaVinci product team.

DaVinci is Syberry’s internal engineering and delivery platform, focused on improving how the company operates. We treat the way we support teams, design processes, and build tools as a product in its own right - one that helps our teams work more effectively and deliver better results to clients.

Beyond building tools and defining processes, the team focuses on driving meaningful changes in day-to-day workflows and delivering measurable improvements across the organization.

As part of the DaVinci team, you will help build and evolve the infrastructure that supports our engineering ecosystem, enabling development teams to work more efficiently, reliably, and securely.

Responsibilities

• Design and Implement: Create maintainable infrastructural solutions that support developers' needs
• Enhance CI/CD: Maintain and improve continuous integration and delivery pipelines
• Adopt Best Practices: Work with a corporate infrastructural platform aligned with the AWS Well-Architected Framework
• Integrate DevOps Practices: Promote observability, production metrics, and other DevOps methodologies within the team and the organization
• Collaborate: Communicate with engineers to explain infrastructure solutions effectively
• Ensure Security: Set and follow cloud security best practices
• Optimize and Document: Maintain our technology stack, integrate new tools, and document technical and conceptual processes, including ADRs (Architectural Decision Records)

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Back-end Engineer with any technology stack, along with hands-on experience working with infrastructure and a genuine interest in it
• Proficient in AWS and Terraform
• Experience in implementing and maintaining monitoring systems
• Skilled in designing complex CI/CD pipelines
• Experienced in designing multi-account infrastructure architectures and familiar with the AWS Well-Architected Framework
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in English, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
• Passionate about maintaining a knowledge base and producing high-quality technical documentation

Optional Requirements

• Familiarity with other cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, GCP)
• Experience with ADRs (Architectural Decision Records)
