At Aussie Broadband, our purpose is to change the game and our ambition is to be the telco people love. We're looking for an experienced Test Delivery Lead to drive testing and quality assurance across one of our most significant transformation programs.
This is a 12-month maximum-term, hands-on role where you'll own the testing strategy, governance and delivery for a major transformation program. You'll partner with technology teams, business stakeholders and vendors to deliver high-quality solutions, manage risks and ensure successful outcomes across complex system integrations and critical releases.
What You'll Do:
- Lead end-to-end testing across SIT, UAT, regression and production readiness activities.
- Develop and implement test strategies, plans and quality assurance frameworks.
- Drive test readiness across environments, integrations, test data and dependencies.
- Manage defects, risks and issue resolution to support successful delivery outcomes.
- Partner with Program Managers, Architects, Product Owners, vendors and business SMEs.
- Provide clear reporting and insights to stakeholders and governance forums.
- Support the growth and capability of the wider testing team.
What You'll Bring:
- Extensive experience leading testing and QA delivery within large transformation programs.
- Strong knowledge of SIT, UAT, end-to-end, regression and release testing.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps or similar testing and defect management tools.
- Experience testing complex integrations, APIs, data flows and enterprise platforms.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience in Agile and vendor-led delivery environments.
- ISTQB Advanced Test Management certification is highly regarded.
- Telecommunications experience will be highly regarded.
