Client Service Manager, Electronic FX

The role involves managing client service operations for the Electronic FX business, ensuring seamless support for institutional clients. You will act as a primary point of contact for technical and operational queries, working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance the client experience. This position is based in Mumbai and requires a strong understanding of electronic trading platforms and OTC FX products.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated support to institutional clients for Electronic FX trading platforms and services.
• Manage and resolve client inquiries related to electronic trading, connectivity, and trade lifecycle issues.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, trading, and technology teams, to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Monitor electronic trading activity and provide proactive support to minimize operational risks.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client issues and resolutions to improve service quality.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and provide training on electronic trading applications.
• Analyze service metrics to identify trends and suggest improvements to the client experience.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a client service or support role within the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of Global Markets, specifically Electronic FX, OTC FX, and Cash FX products.
• Proven experience in electronic trading support and electronic application support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work from the office in Mumbai.
