Customer Experience & BFSI Analytics Lead

This role offers the opportunity to partner with senior business leaders across Marketing, Customer Experience, Digital, Risk and Strategy functions at large BFSI organizations. You will lead discovery workshops, translate complex business challenges into scalable analytics and AI/ML solutions, and guide cross-functional teams of data scientists, analysts, data engineers and consultants. The position is a hybrid role based across Pan India, with a strong focus on client advisory, solution architecture and executive-level communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders and business leaders across Fortune 100 BFSI organizations, including Marketing, Customer Experience, Digital, Risk and Strategy functions.
• Lead discovery workshops to understand business objectives, challenges and opportunities with client and internal stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor, translating business problems into scalable analytics, AI/ML and data-driven solutions.
• Drive adoption of AI/ML and Generative AI capabilities by defining solution architectures aligned with client objectives and enterprise strategies.
• Lead large-scale analytics engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery, stakeholder management and measurable business outcomes.
• Mentor and guide cross-functional teams comprising data scientists, analysts, data engineers and consultants.
• Collaborate with technology and data engineering teams to build scalable data products and analytics platforms.
• Present strategic recommendations and executive-level insights to business leaders and C-suite stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices within BFSI, analytics and AI ecosystems.

Requirements

• 11-15 years of experience in Analytics, Data Science or Consulting.
• Mandatory BFSI domain experience across Banking, Financial Services, FinTech or Insurance; candidates with a consulting background are preferred.
• Strong experience in Customer Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Risk Analytics, AML and Campaign Analytics.
• Proven expertise in building and scaling AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for business use cases.
• Hands-on proficiency in SQL, Python and PySpark, with experience across GCP, AWS, Azure, Databricks and Snowflake.
• Strong understanding of customer modeling techniques including Segmentation, Propensity Models, CLTV, Recommender Systems and Customer 360 solutions.
• Experience in campaign measurement, A/B Testing, Market Mix Modeling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA).
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication and team leadership skills, with a proven record of managing client engagements and leading high-performing analytics teams.
