Digital Analytics Lead

The Digital Analytics Lead will serve as a senior technical authority, architecting and delivering end-to-end digital analytics programs for enterprise clients. This role involves owning the measurement strategy, platform design, and data governance across web and mobile properties. You will lead distributed engineering teams through the full lifecycle of instrumentation, quality assurance, and insight delivery to drive business value.

Responsibilities

• Define comprehensive measurement frameworks, KPI taxonomies, and data collection strategies aligned with client business objectives.
• Architect and govern analytics data layers across web and mobile platforms to ensure consistency and data integrity.
• Lead end-to-end tag management implementations, including complex rule structures and server-side tagging configurations.
• Own enterprise-level Adobe Analytics and GA4 implementations, including configuration, migration, and advanced reporting setups.
• Architect and deliver Customer Journey Analytics solutions, guiding clients through person-based journey analysis.
• Oversee mobile analytics instrumentation for native applications, ensuring parity between app and web measurement frameworks.
• Design and manage analytics data pipelines, including integration with Adobe Experience Platform and downstream cloud data warehouses.
• Lead the quality assurance lifecycle, including automated testing and resolution of production data discrepancies.
• Mentor distributed teams of analytics engineers and provide technical leadership during presales and client discovery sessions.

Requirements

• 7 to 12 years of experience in digital analytics with at least 4-5 years in a delivery leadership capacity.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Analytics, GA4, and Customer Journey Analytics.
• Deep expertise in tag management platforms such as Adobe Launch and Google Tag Manager.
• Practical experience with Adobe Experience Platform, including XDM schemas, Web/Mobile SDKs, and identity management.
• Strong understanding of data governance, privacy-first analytics, and consent management frameworks.
• Proven track record of managing enterprise-scale analytics programs and leading distributed teams.
• Experience with Adobe Real-Time CDP or Segment is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical strategies for client stakeholders.
