HR Reporting and Analytics Manager

This role focuses on driving data-driven decision-making within the Human Resources function. You will be responsible for managing complex compensation analytics, regulatory reporting, and HR systems to provide actionable insights to leadership. The position requires a blend of technical proficiency in data visualization tools and a deep understanding of HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive HR dashboards and reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage compensation analytics and reporting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Utilize advanced Excel and Macros to automate reporting workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Create and deliver high-impact presentations using PowerPoint for senior management reviews.
• Oversee regulatory reporting requirements, ensuring all data submissions are accurate and timely.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage HR projects and system enhancements.
• Leverage data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI to translate complex datasets into business insights.
• Maintain and optimize HR system configurations, specifically within SuccessFactors and Beqom.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in HR analytics or a related reporting function.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including the ability to write and maintain complex Macros.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Strong working knowledge of HR systems, specifically SuccessFactors and Beqom.
• Proven experience in compensation analytics and managing regulatory reporting.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present data insights effectively in PowerPoint.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
