Senior Manager / Lead - Vendor Support, Compliance & Business Analysis
Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive professional with 15-20 years of experience in vendor management, compliance coordination, business analysis, and stakeholder management.
The role will be responsible for managing vendor support and governance, compliance follow-ups, issue resolution, business requirements, MIS/reporting, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently with senior stakeholders, vendors, internal business teams, finance, operations, IT, risk, and compliance functions.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Management & Support
Manage day-to-day coordination and support for key vendors and service providers.
Act as the primary point of contact for vendor-related operational issues, escalations, and service concerns.
Track vendor performance against agreed SLAs, KPIs, contracts, and service commitments.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Maintain vendor records, documentation, performance reports, and governance trackers.
Conduct periodic vendor reviews and identify opportunities for process and service improvement.
Support contract renewals, commercial discussions, and vendor performance evaluations.
Compliance & Governance
Drive regular follow-up with vendors and internal stakeholders for statutory, regulatory, contractual, and organizational compliance requirements.
Ensure timely submission and closure of compliance documents, certificates, declarations, audits, and related records.
Maintain compliance trackers and provide regular status updates to management.
Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Audit teams as required.
Identify compliance gaps and follow through until corrective actions are completed.
Support internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
Establish effective governance mechanisms and escalation processes.
Business Analysis
Understand business requirements and translate them into clear processes, functional requirements, and actionable deliverables.
Work closely with business teams to identify operational challenges and improvement opportunities.
Analyze business processes, workflows, data, and performance metrics.
Prepare BRDs, process documents, SOPs, dashboards, MIS reports, and management presentations.
Coordinate with IT/technology teams for system enhancements, automation, and process improvements.
Participate in UAT, requirement validation, issue tracking, and implementation activities.
Develop recommendations based on data and business analysis to improve efficiency and control.
Stakeholder Management
Manage relationships with senior internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners.
Coordinate across multiple functions to drive timely closure of open actions.
Prepare and present periodic management reports, dashboards, and review presentations.
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and escalations.
Ensure effective communication between business, operations, vendors, compliance, finance, procurement, and technology teams.
Key Deliverables / KPIs
Timely closure of vendor issues and escalations.
Vendor SLA and KPI adherence.
Timely completion of compliance requirements and audit observations.
Reduction in pending/open compliance and vendor action items.
Quality and accuracy of MIS and management reporting.
Successful delivery of business/process improvement initiatives.
Stakeholder satisfaction and effective vendor governance.
Identification and implementation of process automation and efficiency improvements.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong experience in Vendor Management / Vendor Governance.
Good understanding of Compliance, Risk, Audit, and Governance processes.
Strong Business Analysis and process-mapping capabilities.
Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong experience in preparing MIS, dashboards, management reports, and presentations.
Ability to manage multiple vendors, projects, priorities, and escalations simultaneously.
Strong follow-up and execution capabilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and preferably reporting/dashboard tools such as Power BI.
Experience working with ERP, workflow, procurement, vendor-management, or business applications will be an advantage.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline.
MBA / PGDM / relevant professional qualification will be preferred.
