Investor Relations Associate

This role is based in Mumbai and focuses on supporting the alternative credit product management and investor relations function. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between investment performance and investor communication by creating high-quality marketing materials and detailed financial reports. This is a hybrid position ideal for a professional looking to deepen their expertise in credit markets and investor engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of investor relations including product development and marketing strategy.
• Create and maintain marketing and due diligence materials for alternative credit funds.
• Provide ongoing support for fund reporting and investor presentation development.
• Manage investor information requests and conduct market and competitor research analysis.
• Produce accurate monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc fund reports for investors.
• Interpret complex portfolio data and synthesize key investment metrics into clear, investor-ready communications.
• Update and enhance existing fund-specific data within client-facing materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in an investor relations or product specialist role, or a background in credit.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex data.
• Proven experience working within a financial services firm.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality reporting standards.
